Individual Performance Assessment

Your golf game is unique, and your training should be, too.

At the core of every great performance is a deep understanding of how your body moves. Our Individual Performance Assessment is the vital first step in our coaching process. We move beyond generic fitness advice to identify exactly what your body needs to swing faster, play longer, and stay injury-free.

Why Get Assessed?

Many golfers struggle with swing flaws that aren’t actually technical issues—they are physical limitations. Our assessment acts as a “blueprint” for your body, helping us understand: Mobility Bottlenecks: Where is your body restricting your swing arc? Stability Deficits: Are you leaking power because of a weak core or poor balance? Injury Risk Factors: Are you putting unnecessary stress on your lower back or joints during rotation? What to Expect During Your Session Our comprehensive assessment process uses industry-leading protocols to evaluate your physical readiness for golf: Movement Screen: We analyze your functional movement patterns to see how you move in 3D space. Strength & Power Testing: We measure your capacity to produce force—the key to gaining distance off the tee. Golf-Specific Physical Evaluation: We test your flexibility and stability in planes of motion specific to the golf swing. Goal Alignment: We discuss your specific golfing goals—whether it’s adding 20 yards to your drive, improving consistency, or simply playing pain-free.
